Our Year 10 GCSE Geography students recently enjoyed a fantastic day at Highcliffe Beach, where they carried out the coastal fieldwork required as part of their GCSE course.

Students investigated coastal processes and management strategies, collecting a range of primary data that they will use to support their fieldwork examination next year. We were incredibly proud of the way they approached the day, working hard, showing enthusiasm and representing the school exceptionally well.

Several members of the public took the time to comment on our students' excellent manners, respectful behaviour and positive attitude, which was wonderful to hear. We were also lucky enough to enjoy some beautiful sunshine throughout the day, (although it was a little windy!) and even managed to finish our fieldwork with a well-earned ice cream before heading back to school!

A huge well done to all of our Year 10 geographers! We are very proud of you all!
