Open Evening/Mornings

We warmly invite you to attend our Open Evening for prospective parents and children on
Thursday 24 September from 5pm to 8pm. The Open Evening provides a great opportunity
for children and families to learn more about Court Moor’s ethos, curriculum, extra-curricular
programmes and facilities. There will be an opportunity to meet current students and many
of our staff. Interactive displays will be available in all subject areas alongside a short talk from
myself and some of our students. Attendance at a talk is not compulsory, but we do ask that
parents planning to attend a talk book places for everyone in their party (eg 4 people/
4 tickets), in order to ensure we manage an ever increasing number of visitors. Talks will be
at 5pm, 5.40pm, 6.20pm and 7pm, with the last tour with student guides commencing at
7.15pm.

We recommend that those of you who live close to the school walk to the event, as there is
limited on-site parking.

In addition to this evening, we are also running prospective parent and children tours on
Wednesday 30 September and Thursday 1 October at 9am. These are guided tours of the
whole school conducted by current students and will allow you to see the school in action.
There is an opportunity at the end of the tour to meet members of the leadership team over
refreshments in the school library to ask any individual questions. There is no need to book
on to these tours, but we ask that you arrive promptly at 9am on your chosen day.
