Year 10 Interview Day

It was year 10's turn to be dressed to impress today, for mock interview day.
 
The day started with a presentation from Karen Sanders, Managing Director of the HR Dept. who talked about the interview process from an employer’s point of view. Students then undertook a series of workshops, involving role play, and taking practice psychometric and personality tests. In the afternoon, we were lucky to have business leaders from the local community who volunteered to come and hold mock interviews with our students. The day ended with our traditional year group photo.

Well done to all of the Year 10 students! We are very proud of the way they tackled today and engaged themselves in the process - congratulations on a job well done!
