Karaoke Club

Parents/carers, do you have a child that sings in front of the mirror with a hairbrush for a microphone? If so they might want to join karaoke club, one of our new extra-curricular activities on Tuesday 2:45-4pm in the main hall. It is a capacity limited club but still has spaces which are booked via the Clubs icon in EduLink One. In this week's session we had some of the Beauty and the Beast cast come and sing, Mrs Smith sang Copacabana and brought her own backing singers, and some of our PE student coaches dropped by to sing some of Bruno Mars' songs. Singing is well known for its mental health benefits, with the BBC describing it as "The world's most accessible stress reliever".
