Pacific and Sahara Christmas Lunches

It's the most wonderful time of the year... again! House Christmas lunches day two!

Today it was Pacific and Sahara's turn, with years 7-10 in the hall, and year 11 got their own special party in the gym. Year 7-10 again had Christmas karaoke and a visit from Father Christmas, who gave out prizes to the students with the most house points, and the best Christmas jumpers. Year 11 also had quizzes, snowman wrapping, and more!

These statistics from the kitchen from the last two days bear repeating:
165 bags of potatoes (cut by hand!)
125 litres of gravy
25 boxes of sausages (pigs in blankets wrapped by hand!)
24 boxes of Yorkshire puddings
14 bags of sweetcorn
14 bags of peas
947 meals in total

Again, huge thanks to our amazing house team and the staff that supported them, and to our fantastic catering team who have been working extra hard with help from staff around the school to prepare and deliver the meals #TeamCourtMoor
