Moor than Books Autumn 2: Students

We have been discussing our Moor Than Books choices in class over the last week
We are really looking forward to sharing the books for this half term.

The choices are:
Year 7 – Ghost by Jason Reynolds
Year 8 – The Life and Times of Lonny Quicke- Kirsty Applebaum
Year 9 – The Eve Illusion – Tom and Giovanna Fletcher
Year 10 and 11 – ‘What if? Scientific answers to hypothetical questions’- Randall Monroe

Although not compulsory it is an expectation that each student will get involved in some way in reading part of all of their choice.

I’m sure you will agree it is a fantastic opportunity to get reading again, enjoy some fantastic award-winning books together and give our students the best opportunity of success in the future.

We look forward to another term of great books.
