Sports Personality of the Year

Sports Personality 2023 went off with a bang, as 480 guests packed into the hall to enjoy a feast of high-quality entertainment and presentations. We were delighted that Francis Benali MBE could join us as the guest of honour and he certainly got us off to a flyer with a wonderful and touching speech, detailing his extensive charitable work. Thereafter we had poetry (Invictus by Stella G), singing (Lily Beck), dance (Issy C, Rosie B, and Payton) and an assortment of videos, ranging from the traditional staff v students challenge to a tribute to the Malta Sports Tourists - it really was a blast!

Congratulations to all students who were nominated for an award and particularly to those who came away with a trophy when up against such stiff competition.
