Safer Hart Initiative

Year 9 students have taken part in activities over the last two days as part of an initiative by Hart Community Safety, part of Hart District Council. 

There were a series of interactive educational learning experiences designed to raise knowledge and awareness whilst providing methods for building resilience, mental toughness and highlighting how best to respond, seek support and remain safe, when presented with challenging circumstances with a specific focus on Child Criminal Exploitation (CCE).  

We also ran an evening session for parents yesterday. Parents that attended experienced the same drama production that the students saw and then talked through the Making Meaning process and had an opportunity to ask the characters any questions they may have had.
