Chick Handling Sessions

Now that our ten chicks have hatched out the students have supervised lunchtime handling sessions. Along with the science related topics of reproduction, variation and inheritance, habitats and food chains, it is also a cute and relaxing way to spend a lunchtime.
 
All chicks will be collected by the provider, Living Eggs, and placed at one of their local free-range small holdings that they have connections with https://www.livingeggs.co.uk/chick-welfare/
