PE Fixtures w/c 18th March

A round up of sporting news! Catching up with last week, on Thursday our year 7 boys football team continued their unbeaten season with a 3-0 win against Yateley. On Friday, our year 7 girls football team had both a win and loss with indoor football against Calthorpe Park and St Nicholas. To this week, on Monday our year 10 boys badminton team played an afternoon of fixtures at Robert Mays. And on Tuesday, our year 10 boys basketball team played their socks off against Oaklands in the Hampshire Cup quarter final, but sadly lost out 53-61. On Wednesday, our year 7 girls netball team had a fine win against Oakmoor, 25-19. Our year 9 boys rugby team played in a friendly against Calthorpe, scoring 15-19. On Thursday evening, our dance teams took park in the dance challenge at Princes Hall. Key stage 3 (years 7/8/9) came third overall and won most dramatic performance, and key stage 4 (years 10/11) won best soundtrack. On Friday, our under 16 girls basketball team played St Nicholas. There was only one point between them at half time, although the gap widened to St Nicholas in the second half, with the final score 34-21. Well done to all the students participating in matches this week!
