115 year 11 geographers completed their coastal fieldwork last week during our annual trip to West Wittering.

The students completed a wide variety of activities, from measuring and assessing the impact of longshore drift along the coastline to completing a transect across the sand dunes to see how vegetation changes with distance from the shoreline.

We were very fortunate to have two gorgeous sunny days which gave us some superb views from the top of the sand dunes.

Our students were great ambassadors for the school. They were polite, well behaved and respectful and it really was a pleasure to spend the day with them. Go team geography!
