Strength in Diversity Workshop

Year 9 students had the opportunity to participate in a “Strength in Diversity” workshop which was presented by Major Ram Bahadur Pun RGR and Warrant Officer Deborah Penny on behalf of The Army Engagement Group.

The workshop highlighted the prospects within the Army as an equal opportunities employer and emphasised the importance placed on equal opportunities for everyone, regardless of gender, race, sexuality and ethnicity or faith.

Members of the Year 9 & 10 Court Moor Allies Programme were also invited to an extended session to learn more about the real-life challenges and experiences faced by the Army representatives.
